Shipping policy

All packages ship from the front office, not a fulfillment center. While we try to process orders quickly, you may experience delays in online order processing of up to 2 weeks during the USL game play seasons.

The estimated shipping is the time it takes USPS to deliver and does not include order processing time. If you need something rush processed please reach out via email to merchandise@queencitysc.com and we will do our best to accomodate you.
